  • MONDAY: As a review for the Act 3 (Romeo and Juliet) Test, students will complete the Character Chart for Act 3 in groups. This activity requires students to understand and explain character traits and motivations, then provide evidence to support their claims.
  • TSW take Act 3 Test on TUESDAY, then complete Teen Brains Article + Claims Chart in class.
  • Rest of week: students will complete a motif chart on Act 3.
  • As a class activity, we will read Act 4, Scenes 1-3 of Romeo and Juliet.

 VIRTUAL ASSIGNMENT (2 Days): Students will choose either Romeo, Juliet, Friar Lawrence, or the Nurse and complete a body biography worth 40 points. This is a characterization activity that requires students to provide 6 elements of characterization and provide textual evidence to support their elements. This is due Monday, 2/22, and has been emailed to them.
