  • Reading- Read an A.R. book on your level for 30 minutes each night. Students can take an A.R. quiz at school when a book is finished. Please keep track of the books read at home on the sheet located in the A.R. folder.

Weekly Focus:

  • Bible- Chapter 26 Stephen and the Early Church
  • Reading- We will begin Charlotte’s Web, novel study
  • Math- Chapter 12 elapsed time, reading a calendar, identifying money, and making change
  • English- new sentence pattern, indirect object review, rules for making regular and irregular nouns plural
  • Social Studies- Chapter 7 People of Louisiana- important vocabulary (boycott, discrimination, boom, rural) learning to read a line graph
