Dear Parents,
Hi, my name is Britt Hederman. I will be teaching 7th grade Life Science, 8th grade Earth Science, 6th grade Bible, 9th and 10th Bible, and 9th P.E. I just want to take a few moments to introduce myself. I am from Magee, MS where I grew up and later taught and coached at my former high school. I was raised in a Christian home and at the age of 12, after a VBS Rally, became a Christian myself. I strive to bring my Christian walk into all that I do, whether it is teaching, coaching, or everyday life. My wife and I have been married for 13 years and we have a 10 year old daughter and a seven year old son.
I encourage parents to be involved in their child’s homework and to be “in the know” on assignments and grades. The Rubric Scale is a thousand point scale that the students will have an opportunity to earn points within the nine weeks through class assignments and tests. Students in grades 6-12 can find their rubric scale and assignments on my teacher web page (found on school website). All grades will be posted to Headmaster. I will have grades posted weekly by Monday (8:00 A.M.).
If for any reason you may have any questions for me, please contact me through the school. The best way to reach me is to email me at [email protected]
Thank You and God Bless,
Coach Britt Hederman
