Hi parents! I just wanted to give you some ideas about activities to do with your kids while they are at home!
Of course they can practice sport specific skills if you have the equipment at home: volleyball, basketball, soccer, baseball, kickball, frisbee, tennis, etc.
-workout exercises: jumping jacks, lunges, squats, wallsits, pushups, planks, crunches, burpees, etc.
-create an obstacle course with house hold items
